1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using CargoMama's website, services, and entering into any export agreements with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and CargoMama.

2. Export Services

CargoMama provides export services including but not limited to product sourcing, quality control, documentation, logistics coordination, and international trade facilitation. All services are subject to availability and applicable international trade regulations.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate product specifications, comply with all applicable laws, maintain required licenses, and pay all agreed fees on time. Clients are responsible for ensuring their products meet destination country requirements.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are agreed upon for each transaction. Standard terms include advance payment or Letter of Credit. All payments must be made in the agreed currency and timeline. Late payments may incur additional charges as specified in individual agreements.

5. Quality Assurance

We maintain strict quality control measures and provide quality certificates. However, clients should inspect goods before shipment. Claims for quality issues must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with supporting documentation.

6. Limitation of Liability

CargoMama's liability is limited to the value of the goods in transit. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total value of the specific transaction in question.

7. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, strikes, or other unforeseeable events.

8. Confidentiality

All business information, pricing, and trade details shared between parties shall remain confidential. This obligation continues even after termination of business relationships and applies to all employees and representatives.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India and the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) rules for international trade. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with ICC arbitration rules.

Modifications

CargoMama reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The unenforceable provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent.
